Launched the second round of restructuring on November 28, 2011 and founded Shenyang Sinqi Ophthalmic Medications Holdings Co., Ltd. upon the completion of restructuring

The Qipan Mountain Factory of Sinqi Ophthalmic Medications completed construction and passed the certification of the new version of GMP in 2014
