Newsun was born in China in 1957. He is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. He graduated from a regular college program in pharmacy. He is a senior engineer. Newsun has received many awards and accolades including the Outstanding Scientific and Technological Industrialist in the Private Sector in the Three Provinces in Northeast China, the Outstanding Entrepreneur in Liaoning Province, the Model Worker in Liaoning Province, the Model Worker in Shenyang City, the Chinese Philanthropist Entrepreneur, the Most Outstanding Volunteer 2021 in Shenyang City, the Excellent Management Award and the Leading Figure in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has been named as an outstanding entrepreneur in Shenyang City for many times. He has presided over the R & D of many products that have been recognized as provincial and municipal scientific and technological research results and as the provincial excellent new products. Newsun was a representative of the 15th People’s Congress of Shenyang City. From 1989 to 2000, he had been serving as deputy director, acting director and director of the Xingqi Pharmaceutical Factory. Since the establishment of Xingqi in 2000, Newsun had been serving as chairman and general manager. He is currently chairman of Xingqi.

Ms. Gao was born in China in February 1974. She is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. She graduated from a regular college program in pharmaceutical preparations. She is an engineer. Ms. Gao is a member of the Shenyang CPPCC and vice-chairman of the second executive committee of the Hunnan District Federation of Industry and Commerce. She has received many awards and accolades including Young Proficient Workers, the “Five Golden Flowers” Pacesetters of Shenyang, the Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Tiexi District, the Outstanding Communist Party Members of Shenyang, the Outstanding Party Workers of Non-Public Enterprises in Hunnan District, and the Most Outstanding Model Worker (Employee) Volunteer 2021. Since 2000, Ms. Gao has successively served as head of production, R & D, human resources, quality, marketing, president office and other departments. She is currently director and general manager of Xingqi.

Mr. Zhang was born in China in February 1970. He is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. He graduated from a junior college program in pharmacy. He joined Xingqi in 1999, where he has since successively served as head of sales, marketing and other departments. During his tenure as the board secretary, Mr. Zhang has successively won the Board Secretary Gold Medal Award presented by Sina Finance, Securities Times, Securities Daily, China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News and other media agencies. He is currently vice-chairman, deputy general manager and board secretary at Xingqi.

Ms. Cheng was born in China in October 1974. She is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. She graduated from a regular college program in accounting. From 1997 to 2002, Ms. Cheng had worked at Shenyang Wuai Tiandi Industrial Co., Ltd. She joined Xingqi and started to work in the financial department in 2003. She is currently director and CFO of the company.

Mr. Yang was born in China in October 1984. He is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. He received a doctorate degree in pharmaceutical preparations from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Mr. Yang was awarded the Liaoning May 1st Labor Medal by the Liaoning Federation of Trade Unions in 2021. Mr. Yang joined Xingqi in 2012. He used to serve as director of the Technology Research office of the R & D Center. He is currently director, deputy general manager and head of the R & D Center at Xingqi.

Mr. Li was born in China in February 1977. He is a Chinese citizen without permanent resident status abroad. He graduated from a regular college program. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Mr. Li served in the Shenyang Military Region from 1994 to 2006. He is a member of the 13th CPPCC of Liaoning Province, vice-president of the General Chamber of Commerce of Liaoning Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice-chairman of the Shenyang Federation of Industry and Commerce, director of Shenyang Foundation for Disabled Persons, vice- chairman of Heping District Association for Science and Technology, a standing member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medicine Industry and Education Integration Promotion Committee and deputy secretary-general of the Ocular Surface Disease Group of China Association of Medical Equipment. He joined Xingqi in 2008, where he has since served as key account manager for Beijing and Tianjin, sales director for the central region and office director etc. at the company. He is currently director, director of the administration departmen, and president of Shenyang Xingqi Eye Hospital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xingqi.
