The “Filial Piety and Blessings” Garden Party for the Elderly was held at the Red Square in Gutian Village a few days ago. The event was organized by the Fujian Retirement Center for Retired Cadres and the Retirement Office of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee Veteran Cadre Bureau, undertaken by the Fujian Yangtze River Detachment History Research Association, Fujian Love Time Savings Center, Gutian Village Branch of Fujian Jiguan Kindergartens and Huada Street Public Welfare Community, and co-organized by Xingqi and other philanthropic companies. More than 30 retired cadres of Fujian Provincial Party Committee Veteran Cadre Bureau and veteran CPC members of the community aged above 80 participated in the activity.
