For mydriasis, generally 1-2 drops once a time, or 1 drop each time, administer twice at an interval of 3-5 minutes. For paralysis accommodation, generally 1drop once a time, administer 2-3 times at an interval of 3-5 minutes in general. Increase or decrease the dosage according to symptoms.
